Computer: - A computer is an Electronic Device which access the input and out of processing it gives output to the user.

1- Speed: - The computers are the fastest calculating machines. More work can be done within seconds with the help of computer. The processing speed of the computer is measured generally in nanoseconds. A computer can add to digits no within one nano sec. A human being on the other hand takes at least 1min to calculate that number
2- Accuracy: - In spite of its super speed computer. Can do calculations without mistakes A human being may make mistake in calculating a certain range of calculations but the results given by the computer will always be accurate.
3- Storing capacity: - (Computer Capacity) A computer can store a large quantity of data. The modern computers can now hold up to 160G.B memory. A small computer of 1 foot size will hold information equal to two lakhs notebooks having 200pages each. The storage capacity of the computer can be increased further by secondary memory devices.
4- Diligence:- A computer can do the work for day together .It will work without any burden or tidiness even if does the same work for many times, it won’t get frustrated like a human being more over a computer will work with the same tempo from the beginning to the end.
5- Compactness:- Computers are occupying very small space in offices. Now a day’s size of the computer has decreased a lot due to the increased of technology. The Laptop and Notebook computers can be taken to outside. They can be operated in cars, railways, etc. in spite of there small in size there efficiency has increased a lot.
6- Easy Maintenance: - Computers can be managed easily. They can be repaired immediately they maintance cost of the computers is small. They need not require much electricity.
7- Reliable: - Since the computer gives accurate results, we can safely depend on the output given by the computer. A human being sometimes knowingly or un knowingly gives result which may be based (zero, one) .but a computer being impartiate gives always reliable results which can be realied upon by all.
Demerits of Computer
No Thinking Power: - A Computer Cannot thing on it own of human being on the other hand can thing. A computer performs whatever job assigned to it.
No Creativity: - A computer cannot sing like an A.R. Rehman it cannot paint or Dance it cannot act like Mahesh Babu `while a human being has some type of creativity a computer has no creativity or its own.
Initial Cost:- The Cost of Installation and Maintaines o a computer it is again problem for small companies cannot afford for Maintaines of the Computer in labs likewise the human being also to be training to learn a lot of programming language and packages in order to operator the Computer.
Not Portable: - Certain Types of programs on not suitable for using on the other types of computer the Operating System Does not support for it.
Virus: - Computer are liable to get viruses the viruses are created by computer hackers in order to inflect the computers. The viruses are highly dangerously to computer .Data may lost or there is damage to the system and however now a day’s a lot of steps all devised to attack the viruses.
